Schemmer was founded in 1959. By 1970, the firm had grown to a full-service architectural, engineering and planning firm offering services to a wide spectrum of clients in the commercial, institutional and governmental market sectors. We have provided design and consulting services for projects in 37 states. We have offices in Lincoln, Omaha and Council Bluffs.

Our reputable firm has developed into a comprehensive, single-source organization prepared to offer clients a complete range of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering as well as planning services.
