| Frank Comisar, president and chief executive officer has been with the firm since 1986. Prior to his appointment as president, he served as operations vice president. His professional experience includes architectural design, project management, and information technology. He is an elected member of Schemmer’ board of directors and is registered to practice architecture in ten states. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is also a member of the American Institute of Architects. |
