| With over twenty years of project management and design experience, Mark Higgins provides executive leadership to the Facilities Division and continues to personally manage several projects concurrently. He is a graduate of University of Nebraska – Lincoln, certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is also a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Academy of Architecture for Health. |
