Many of our professionals have worked at the leading edge of sustainable architectural and engineering design. In addition, Schemmer is working on several projects that are slated to be or have been LEED® certified.  Our newest LEED Platinum project is the OPPD Omaha Center. Platinum is the highest LEED® certification and the OPPD Service Center is one of three in Nebraska awarded this rating.
