Gretna Indoor Soccer Complex

 The 40,000 square-foot building was constructed in late 2010 for a private developer as the Gretna Athletic Complex Indoor Soccer Facility. The design consisted largely of a single 33,000 square-foot indoor soccer field, complete with manufactured field turf grass. The main level support spaced included restroom facilities, concessions, offices, storage, and a small storage mezzanine above. The exterior site development included a parking area, an entrance plaza, and two soccer fields. Schemmer provided topographic survey and geotechnical investigation services for the project. Phase two plans call for additional exterior soccer field development.
