Schemmer design a new 23,000 SF pre-engineered metal building for Midwest Mechanical located in LaVista, Nebraska. This building included offices, CAD Room, conference/workroom, break room, restrooms and a large shop area. The second floor is a shell space to accommodate future growth. Site engineering services included 32 erosion control inspections during construction.
