The first level of the historic Mutual of Omaha building, located at 33rd and Farnam, was remodeled by Schemmer to provide an additional 15,000 SF of space for Mutual of Omaha Bank offices. The project included mechanical, electrical, life safety and ADA upgrades for all floors, except the basement level. The renovation of 64,790 square feet on levels two and four of the complex included private offices, open cubicle work stations, and three large conference rooms / media areas with an adjacent employee break area.
