Schemmer was retained to provide architectural and engineering services for the United Republic Bank. The building facility includes a canopy over three drive-through lanes and an ATM. The facility is a two-story office building, approximately 25,000 SF located in West Dodge Hills Development. The bank initially occupies 5,000 square feet with the intent of expanding to 10,000 SF in the future.
