Millard North High School Renovation

This renovation project at Millard North High School involved the construction of a 24,000 SF addition including a cafeteria, six classrooms, two chemistry labs and a new parking area. Schemmer also complete the renovation of 22 restrooms and all existing classrooms, along with the auditorium, family consumer science lab and three interior stairwells. To ensure this project was completed on time Schemmer developed construction schedules in nine phases, and maintaining clear and open lines of communication with the contractor and the owner.
