Schemmer was retained to design the City's new Southwest Street Maintenance Facility that includes a 13,800 SF structure housing offices for the District foremen, multipurpose rooms, locker rooms, 12 vehicle/equipment storage bays, and a vehicle maintenance building with two maintenance bays.

The site development also included all related site design for salt domes, exterior equipment storage, debris bins, fueling, and parking for staff vehicles, City vehicles and equipment.
