Waterford Trail Bike/Pedestrian Trail

The Schemmer Associates provided design services for a bike/ pedestrian trail in Waterford Subdivision at 156th and Ida Streets in Omaha, Nebraska. The trail consists of approximately one-mile of an 8-foot-wide, 6-inch-thick concrete trail that will complete the trail system around the flood control reservoir of Papillion Creek Watershed Grade Stabilization Structure D-17. A 50-foot pedestrian bridge was incorporated into the design to span the incoming tributary.
