Construction began in 2009 to replace an existing life care facility near Cincinnati, Ohio. Schemmer design the new manor with a 60-bed skilled nursing area, 24 dementia care rooms and 40 personal care apartments. Skilled nursing households link to a neighborhood of shared services. Food service will rely on satellite household kitchens.
