From Antelope Creek to Pagoda Lane

Schemmer provided engineering design for about one-half mile of Pioneers Boulevard, west of Antelope Creek to Pagoda Lane. The new roadway has four lanes with a center two-way left turn lane, storm drainage, sanitary infrastructure, and necessary elevation changes. Additional right-of-way accommodates a walking and biking trail and the reconstruction of a culvert at Antelope Creek to accommodate an underpass for the trail. Schemmer’s design work also encompassed sidewalks on each side of the roadway as well as curbs and storm drains.
