Marketing Director


Tracy possesses over 10 years of integrated business development and marketing within the A/E/C industry. A LEED® Accredited professional, Tracy has participated in preconstruction services involving sustainable design, construction cost estimating and constructability analysis for projects seeking LEED® certification. Having also taught high school construction and computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) for seven years, Tracy brings a unique A/E/C perspective that can only be underscored by a long and successful history in public involvement with post-secondary institutions that promote student participation and offer unique learning opportunities. He has a bachelor's degree in construction trades and industry, and a master's degree in computer applications. Tracy is involved in numerous professional organizations including the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Society for Marketing Professional Services. He serves on the board of directors for the Omaha Builders Exchange and the advisory board of Omaha Public School's Construction Academy.
