A LEED® accredited professional and registered professional engineer in 20 states, Roger Wozny has extensive experience with numerous military projects in the formulation, management, monitoring and leadership of multidiscipline teams to perform and respond to multi-project criteria and requirements. As coordinator of the firm's Department of Defense (DOD) and federal activities, Roger's background as a former active duty army officer has contributed significantly to the firm's ability to stay abreast of current DOD needs and issues related to mission support, force mobilization and national security. Roger has extensive experience with IDIQ contracts and management of delivery order performance for a number of federal and defense agencies. Roger's primary responsibilities have been in project management, facilities assessments, long-term facilities planning and building systems upgrades. Through active involvement in the Society of American Military Engineers, Roger has come to know many of the quality firms, agencies and groups that provide valuable skills to support national defense. Roger has also devoted much of his career to assisting religious-based organizations and communities in the development of strategic, organizational and master planning. Roger holds memberships with many elite professional organizations. He has also achieved recognition for his professional, civic and community work. In addition, Roger has been a speaker, panelist and conductor of a variety of seminars on professional development, the project delivery process, professional liability, project management, quality assurance and loss prevention.
