I am an avid hunter and I was taught that most successful hunters carefully plan and prepare for a hunting expedition. You must have the basic understanding of your chosen game’s unique characteristics and habitat before you start the hunt. This means taking the time to study the game, study the area where you intend to hunt and seek others’ advice that may have more experience. Hunting is a life-long hobby for me and I like to think I get better at it every time I go into the field.
These same methods can be applied to my work at Schemmer. To achieve success, we must build a foundation with the client, do our research on the project and take into account lessons learned for future pursuits.
