The City of Lincoln’s Municipal Service Center consolidated their many departments into one existing facility to promote sustainability and experience the benefit of shared space. The Experian building was remodeled to include spaces for the Public Works Engineering Services and Laboratory, Radio Shop, Fleet Maintenance, Public Works West District, Signal and Sign Shop, Lincoln Fire and Rescue, Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Fire Prevention, 911/Emergency Operations Center and Urban Search and Rescue.
“When I first started working with Schemmer, the City of Lincoln was working through placing multiple departments into our new Municipal Services Center. Lincoln Fire and Rescue commends Schemmer for their excellent work maximizing our square foot area. They did a great job and we look forward to future possibilities in the future.”
