Schemmer's stockholders have elected Tracy Mumford, LEED AP, (left) and Doug Holle, P.E., (right) to the 2013 Board of Directors. At Schemmer, Mumford has served as the marketing director for the past 4 years, with more than 20 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. Holle has served in the capacity of roadway design manager, transportation engineer and construction engineer/project manager for more than 17 years.
Mumford is well-practiced in the development of marketing plans, revenue forecasting and the monitoring of marketing budgets. He is currently managing 10 target markets and supports business development efforts for more than 30 staff members in 6 office locations. Mumford is the Nebraska Chapter President of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and part of Leadership Omaha – Class 34.
In 1991, Mumford graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Trades and Industry/Education from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. In 1994, he graduated with a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology/Education from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.

Holle is a registered professional engineer in Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma and Illinois. He has designed a wide range of hydraulic and roadway projects ranging from small bridge approaches to divided highways. Holle also has served as construction engineer and construction project manager on several urban infrastructure projects. Additionally, his hydraulic design experience includes bridge and culvert hydrology and hydraulics.
In 1997, Holle graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering/Transportation, Hydraulics from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.

In addition to Mumford and Holle, the stockholders also re-elected Frank W. Comisar, Bradley T. Farmer, Jason J. Heinze, Mark J. Higgins, Charles D. Huddleston, Stephen D. Kathol and Jeffrey P. Wageman to Schemmer's Board of Directors.
