DOUG HOLLE, P.E. – EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT – ENGINEERING
Doug has held a number of positions within the Engineering Division over the past 27 years and most recently served as a Transportation Group Manager. His understanding of our business, skills in strategic planning, focus on employee engagement, and passion for our profession will equip Doug well to successfully respond to the challenges of the EVP position.

- Engineer Intern
- Registered Transportation Engineer
- Roadway Design Manager
- Transportation Group Manager
It is rare for an engineer to stay with one company for their entire career and Schemmer is fortunate to have many individuals that have grown up within Schemmer and continue to excel.
Doug is most passionate about anticipating project challenges before they occur and passing along that experience and foresight to other up-and-coming leaders within Schemmer and those yet to join Schemmer.
