Help Shape The Future Of The Corn Palace

The main building, at the southwest corner of the site, dates from the early 1920s and has itself been remodeled a number of times. Appended to the north is City Hall, a separate, but connected, Art Deco style structure of two (and in some areas three) stories with a second-level gymnasium, referred to as the Armory.

To the east of the main 1920s structure is a newer stage house added in the 1980s. To the east of the stage house is a single-story locker room building that also contains some of the building’s mechanical systems (though not all of them). This last addition dates from the 1990s.
