Hastings Family YMCA Expansion and Renovation Groundbreaking
The Hastings Family YMCA, currently in need of substantial repairs, ADA compliance, and a more streamlined layout to help create operational efficiency, broke ground on Thursday, August 4. The project includes a 38,700 SF building expansion and a 46,300 SF renovation.
Schemmer designed the project, Cresa is providing Owner's Representation, and Hausmann Construction is the contractor. Construction is set to be completed in approximately 21 months.
