Lincoln Pediatric Group Groundbreaking
The Lincoln Pediatric Group broke ground on their new facility on Friday, August 26. The project includes a new 29,000 SF pediatric office including:
- clinic space,
- treatment areas,
- management offices,
- and dedicated radiology services.
The site for the building is at the entrance to the Black Forest Estates and includes:
- on-site parking,
- sustainable landscaping,
- stormwater management,
- and wetland mitigation.
Schemmer’s design services for the project include:
- architectural,
- structural engineering,
- electrical engineering,
- mechanical engineering,
- and interior design.
Peter Hind, AIA, LEED AP, served as Schemmer's project manager and Cheever Construction is the contractor. The project is expected to be completed in Fall 2023.
