Who or what inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
"I grew up in a family that did bridge construction, and so I grew up working with my hands and building things. That inspired me to become an engineer and want to build things."
How has your career grown since starting at the company?
"Since starting at Schemmer, I've actually grown quite a bit. I started off as, you know, bottom totem pole, first real job out of college. Now, I'm starting to get into project management and that's definitely been a long-term goal of mine is to start doing that. I've progressed my way up to that point, and I hope to continue to move more towards that."
