Project Details
Schemmer was selected to provide conceptual design services for a windbreak at the Committal Shelter at the Nebraska Veterans Cemetery. The intent was to create an enclosure that blended seamlessly with the originally designed shelter Schemmer had assisted with in the past. The chosen material palette incorporated a blend of porous and opaque surfaces and materials to maintain desired vistas through and around the site.
