Schemmer was selected to design the master plan and provided construction plans and construction phase services:
Phase I includes a bridge-like structure that also serve as flood relief for Antelope Creek. A major element was identification of trail easements through private property and communication with owners.
Phase II encountered tight site locations and sharp curves. The contractor modified a curb paving machine to be compact and easily maneuverable for construction of the 10-foot-wide concrete trail.
