Schemmer has designed approximately 100,000 SF of this independent living community located in Kearney, Nebraska. Broadwell Senior Living is a 120 unit, three story facility that offers a variety of living options to allow residents to age in place. As residents’ needs and abilities change, so can the level of assistance they receive. This facility includes a physical therapy space, public as well as private dining, a bistro, and seven different unit types depending on the users' needs. It is also conveniently located directly across from the Kearney Regional Hospital. The building is wood framed above grade. There is a total of 131,659 SF of occupiable space and the buildings are fully sprinkled.
