Schemmer has fast become the partner of choice for Casey’s General Stores as they expand throughout the Midwest. The buildings are a prototypical design in scope and quality; single-story, wood-framed, with exterior finishes that include masonry veneer, metal wall panels and aluminum storefront. The interior contains a convenience store retail display area, walk-in coolers, restrooms, kitchen and point-of-sale counter. Site design is dependent on the various locations. Minor code adjustments to the prototype drawings may be involved on a case-by-case basis.
Schemmer has provided surveying; civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering; and architectural professional design services for over 35 new buildings with five different prototypes and 10 remodels at locations across Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, South Dakota, North Dakota, Missouri and Kansas.
