Project Details
Schemmer was contacted by the new owner of the Central Bank to upgrade their underwriting department and to convert an unused lower-level work area into a team meeting and community area.
The new design plan included a complete demolition of the upper floor to make room for new offices with full glass fronts and sliding glass doors. Offices and support staff areas, including a common breakout area, received all new furnishings.
The lower level also included a demo of existing cubicles and several walls. Schemmer converted the remaining spaces into meeting and team gathering areas. Associated restrooms and the break room were also reconstructed along with new variable air volume heating and cooling ductwork, a sound masking system, new LED lighting, and electrical upgrades.
Schemmer was also asked to replace the parking lot and drive-through lanes with new concrete, which was accomplished through a 3 phased plan.
