Project Details
Schemmer was retained for the design and addition to the existing building, which helped accommodate the growing student population. Concordia Jr./Sr. High had grown from an initial enrollment of 45 students to nearly 300 students in grades 7 through 12. The major additions to the campus included a parking lot, site roadway, bioretention gardens, larger gymnasium, locker rooms, training facilities and a common area.
