Schemmer is providing predesign, design, bidding and construction phase services for the remodel of 2,500 SF of lab space. Four Bio-Science Labs are being combined to create one shared lab. Schemmer is using all relevant ARS Standards (including ARS 242.1M) to increase the capacity and functionality of the labs and meet the USDA’s research and operational needs.
