Project Details
In support of downsizing the plant, the 291,000 SF facility was divided into a portion for Crown Cork and two leasable spaces for tenants. Schemmer provided civil and architectural design in partnership with Weitz Construction. The new space accommodated the addition of a shipping and receiving area, featuring 13 new dock doors with dock levelers and trailer dock weather seals. To support the new dock doors, exterior site work involved new service drives, staging and circulation space to access the docks.
