Project Details
Dudley Court is a three-story public housing facility with 85, one‑bedroom units. As part of a term contract with the Municipal Housing Agency of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Schemmer provided services for two major upgrades to the facility: Windows were replaced with aluminum clad windows with one-inch insulting glass; and replacement of the chiller, which provided the most cost-effective and energy efficient approach of the many options studied.
