Project Details
First Baptist Church in Bartlesville, OK contacted Schemmer about a master plan for a facility that is land-locked. As a result of years of development on campus, the church had become difficult to navigate. Schemmer worked with the church to assemble a master plan that addressed many of the church’s concerns.
Together, it was decided to create a three-phase project. Phase One is complete and connects the west sanctuary with the eastern part of the church campus. It also includes a new nursery area and new preschool suites. Once all three phases of the project are complete, over 140,000 SF will have been renovated and 40,000 SF will have been added.
