Project Details
The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society’s Hastings Village campus redeveloped a city block for new independent living senior housing. Existing single-story concrete block buildings were demolished. The site concept revolved around a new central square that is wrapped by one-way streets. A new 960 SF enclosed pavilion, adjacent to the park, gives residents a location to hold events and gatherings.
