Project Details
Schemmer remodeled 11,600 SF of space of the Perkins Pavilion skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Hastings, Nebraska. Twenty five semi-private bedrooms were remodeled to private bedrooms and toilet rooms were updated into bathrooms by adding showers. The project included accessibility updates, general remodeling of common and dining areas, an expansion of the therapy area, as well as replacement of the mechanical system.
