Project Details
Schemmer was hired to plan a new long-term care home. This building replaced the Parkview Center, a 71-bed long term care facility owned by Beatrice Community Hospital. The new building is a neighborhood-style concept to provide residents with a home-like environment with private rooms, dining and hearth rooms.
