Project Details
The White Lotus Group's I-80 Logistics Hub is located in Papillion, NE (approximately 132nd and Cornhusker.) Building VI is on Lots 6/7 which is approximately 25.6 acres. The 300,000 SF building is designed to have multiple tenants. The north side is designed for offices and the south side is designed for warehouse use. The south wall features several dock doors which leads into a parking lot with trailer parking stalls, car parking stalls, and sufficient room for truck maneuvering. The building is a conventional steel framed building with painted precast walls.
