Project Details
Schemmer was retained to design a 22,000 SF vehicle maintenance instructional facility for the Iowa Army National Guard located at Camp Dodge. The new facility will include five non-stand vehicle maintenance drive-thru bays and a 4,500 SF administration, storage and latrine area. Site work includes service aprons and access roads that will total nearly 8,500 SY of pavement. The building has been designed to be certified with the USGBC as LEED Silver.
