Project Details
Immanuel Lakeside Village and Terrace is a retirement community on 38.66 acres consisting of 90 independent living apartments (Village) and 44 assisted living apartments (Terrace), as well as community dining, activity space and a Wellness Center with swimming pool. The project, designed by Schemmer, added 57,000 SF to the Terrace to provide a greater continuum of care to the campus.
