Project Details
Schemmer was engaged to design a 32,325 GSF addition to the existing structure. The new addition adds forty (40) 540 SF one-bedroom independent living units to the housing complex. Additional site development, including additional parking and landscaping, were required to accommodate the addition. Schemmer was also retained to provide master planning for the development of the remainder of the site.
