Project Details
Schemmer is designing an addition of approximately 4,869 SF and the alteration of approximately 2,119 SF of existing interior spaces and building systems including some reconfiguration and CMU work in the existing building, new HVAC systems, controls, equipment and appurtenances. The existing fire protection systems shall remain and be extended to include the new spaces, electrical improvements, power, emergency power, lighting, electronics, antiterrorism/force protection requirements, windows, doors, hardware, insulations, flashings, sealants, paints, porcelain tile, toilet partitions, metal studs, ATC, toilet accessories, signage, etc. Exterior work includes but is not limited to soil removal and fill, rough and finished grading, seeding/sod, paving, existing fencing adjustments, brick, windows, doors, flashings, sealants and roofing.
Schemmer provided an ATFP site plan with stand-off distances, a floor plan indicating exterior wall construction, a stand-off distance summary table and an anti-terrorism/force protection summary report.
