Project Details
LGT Transport, LLC, a cryogenic liquids, specialty gases and carbon dioxide transportation company, selected Schemmer to design a new corporate office and service center in Papillion, Neb. The building consists of 9,570 SF of office and 5,125 SF of shop space. The building is a pre-engineered metal building with entrance canopies. Interiors included a reception area, cafeteria, enclosed and open offices, training rooms, work room, break room, laundry, drivers' lounge, exercise room, restrooms, showers and a server room.
