Lincoln Pediatric Group engaged Schemmer to design a new 29,000 SF pediatric office including clinic space, treatment areas, and management offices.
The building is located at the entrance to the Black Forest Estates and includes on-site parking, sustainable landscaping, stormwater management, and wetland mitigation. The building houses 13 doctor offices, 13 MA/nursing stations, and 44 exam rooms.
Schemmer’s design services for the Project include architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical engineering, and interior design.
