Project Details
The new maintenance yard consists of the construction of three NDOT maintenance operations buildings, including a maintenance repair and storage structure with administrative office space, as well as a salt storage building and a fuel storage/records building. The site is 9.43 acres and a seven-foot high chain link fence surrounds the site, with motorized vehicle gate access off a new concrete service road from 234th Street.
