MMC (formerly know as Midwest Mechanical Contractors) contracted Schemmer to design a new 23,000 SF pre-engineered metal building, located in a business park adjacent to the Interstate. Functions include offices, CAD Room, conference/workroom, break room, restrooms and a large shop area with a combination of bridge and jib cranes. The second floor area, originally designed as shell space for future growth, has recently been designed for additional office space and an employee workout area.
