Project Details
Schemmer was selected by New Cassel Retirement Center to expand its main dining room from a current 128 seats to accommodate 180 residents. This provides a space for table service, place to store wheel chairs and walkers, an outdoor patio and creation of a bistro serving station as a focal point.
