Project Details
Oklahoma Closing & Title is located between residential and commercial vernaculars. The building form represents a combination of the defining planes of each. This formal concept permeates through every component, even the business itself. A series of offices, closing rooms, and public spaces lie within the brick and metal shell. In order to accommodate outdoor entertaining the building also integrates a usable roof deck and first-floor plaza.
