Project Details
The project consists of interior and exterior renovations at Outlook Nebraska’s current offices and production facility located at 72nd and J Street in Omaha, Nebraska. The program included extensive space planning and renovation of 6,800 SF of existing office space, and a newly constructed, interior, two-level 7,200 SF office addition built into space captured inside the production facility. A complete exterior facade upgrade and paving improvements give the west, public side of the building a fresh new look that is distinctively Outlook Nebraska.
