The Pella Community Center was looking to enhance its presence, address deferred maintenance and create a new connection for all citizens of the community. Schemmer is working with the City to establish two concepts and budgets for assistance in fund-raising in three phases: an initial information gathering phase; a concept development/design phase; and a project presentation phase.
