Schemmer was retained to provide a 3,500 SF Pharmacy remodel located inside the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center in Fort Meade, South Dakota. The remodel assessed existing pharmacy deficiencies from both a staff and patient side for dispensing, counseling, receiving and office spaces.
The Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical design followed all VA standard requirements and guidelines, as well as, all applicable codes, such as: NFPA, NEC, OSHA, ASHRAE 90.1, etc.
